Smoking

For everyone’s comfort and health, there is absolutely NO SMOKING on premises. If smoking in the house is detected, there will be a $250 charge to clean the room.

Parking

Off street parking for 7 cars is available behind the mansion and accessed through the alley on McDowell Street.

Internet / WiFi

FREE Highspeed internet throughout the mansion.

Business facilities (desks or conference availability)

We have three sitting areas appropriate for hosting an informal “living room” meeting. The dining room is also available and seats up to 10 around the table. The kitchen also has good table space and seating for up to 8. There is a desk in the library that is available to work at. No fax service, but we do have a wireless printer and paper available to guests.

Food and Drink

Full service, hearty, sit-down breakfast served in the morning. 24/7 access to snacks, Keurig hot drinks, and refrigerated water and a variety of soft drinks. Fresh baked cookies and milk available in the afternoon and evening.

Cleaning Services

We tidy up the room, empty trash, check amenities each morning unless requested otherwise. There is an ironing board and iron available upon request. Laundry is available at discretion of ASG.

Entertainment

There is a large screen TV in the first floor sitting room with Apple TV and access to a number of viewing apps. Our High speed internet allows guests their own viewing in their rooms.

Booking & Cancellation

Full amount, including taxes, is due at the time of booking the reservation.

Two weeks notice of cancellation or change of date (30 days notice for May or October reservation dates) is required for refund, less a re-booking/cancellation fee of $40.00.

Rates are subject to change and exclude taxes.
